It shows the date of the most recent interaction with the app item. It shows:</span></p>

<li style="line-height: 1.20; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-family: Inter;">The date of the nearest planned <a href="360012911980.html" class="topiclink">CRM task</a> associated with the item and the number of days left before its due date.</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.20; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-family: Inter;">The date of the most recent comment in the <a href="360014352191.html#app-item" class="topiclink">associated activity stream</a> if there are no active CRM tasks associated with the item.</span></li></ul>
<p style="line-height: 1.20; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-family: Inter;">The widget allows you to track items that sales reps haven’t worked with for a long time.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.20; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-family: Inter;">By default, the widget is placed on the sidebar of leads and deals. If the widget is not displayed, add it to the view forms of these apps manually.</span></p>
