Аккредитация позволяет удостовериться, что поставщик соответствует требованиям для участия в закупках и выполнения заказов по определённому направлению, например, оргтехника или мебель.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.28; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">Это упрощает последующий выбор поставщиков. Так, во время проведения конкурентной закупки можно сразу пригласить к участию аккредитованных контрагентов.</span></p>
<h2 class="p_Heading2"><span class="f_Heading2">Запустить аккредитацию</span></h2>

<p style="line-height: 1.28; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">Сотруднику, который выбран как ответственный за аккредитацию по указанному направлению в справочнике </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; font-weight: bold;">Направления закупки</span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">, назначится задача аккредитовать поставщика.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.28; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">Чтобы принять решение:</span></p>

На отдельных вкладках вы можете просмотреть все прошедшие проверки и аккредитации поставщика, узнать об успешности этих процедур, а также перейти в карточку проверки и изучить таблицу оценки рисков. Также вам доступны ранее отправленные поставщику запросы информации.</span></li></ol>

Ответственный сотрудник свяжется с представителем поставщика и загрузит информацию в систему.</span></li></ol>

В открывшемся окне вы можете:</span></p>

Указанному сотруднику поступит задача </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; color: #0563c1;"><a href="information-request.html" class="topiclink">обработать запрос информации</a></span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">. Когда он загрузит запрошенные сведения в систему, вы сможете найти их в задаче аккредитации на вкладке </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; font-weight: bold;">Запросы информации</span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">.</span></p>

По умолчанию устанавливается срок в один год с текущей даты.</span></li><li value="4" style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">Примите решение, нажав кнопку на нижней панели карточки задачи:</span></li></ol>

<li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; font-weight: bold;">Аккредитация пройдена</span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;"> — поставщик добавится в реестр аккредитованных поставщиков по указанному направлению закупки;</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; font-weight: bold;">Аккредитация не пройдена </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">— поставщик останется в статусе </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; font-weight: bold;">Активен</span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">, но не будет считаться аккредитованным по направлению.</span></li></ul></li></ol>
<p style="line-height: 1.28; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">Пользователи смогут отбирать аккредитованных поставщиков, например, при оформлении заказов. Также при проведении закупочной процедуры можно пригласить к участию всех поставщиков, аккредитованных по направлению закупки.</span></p>
