<p class="p_Normal">Настроить отправку писем с любым содержанием можно в ходе бизнес-процесса с помощью блока <a href="360011443400.html" class="topiclink">Оповещение на email</a>. </p>

<p class="p_Normal">Кроме того, в <a href="360016398552.html#task-alerts" class="topiclink">профиле пользователя</a> каждый сотрудник сможет включить отправку уведомлений на электронную почту о входящих задачах согласования и возможность выносить резолюцию из входящего письма.</p>

<p class="p_Normal">Обратите внимание, в ELMA365 On-Premises дополнительно настраивается отправка приглашений новым пользователям и писем для восстановления пароля. Для этого <a href="email-settings.html#enable-smtp-server" class="topiclink">редактируется конфигурационный файл</a>.</p>

В письме в качестве адреса отправителя этого письма отобразится <a href="360011443400.html#settings" class="topiclink">адрес для ответа</a>, настроенный в блоке. При включённой опции ниже появится поле <span style="font-weight: bold;">Адрес для ответа по умолчанию</span>. Укажите в нём эл. почту, которая подставится, если <a href="360011443400.html#settings" class="topiclink">адрес для ответа</a> не заполнен. Если поле оставить пустым, подставится значение поля <span style="font-weight: bold;">Логин</span><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #ff0000;">*</span>, которое вы заполните выше. </li><li class="p_Normal"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Использовать TLS</span> — отметьте опцию, если почтовый сервис использует передачу данных по зашифрованному соединению.</li></ul></li></ul>
