<p class="p_Normal">При подключённом решении <a href="https://service.elma365.com/ru/" target="_blank" class="weblink">ELMA365 Service</a> у операторов и супервизоров есть возможность устанавливать рабочий статус. Он влияет на <a href="working_in_chat.html" class="topiclink">обработку обращений</a> в разделе <a href="chat_lines.html" class="topiclink">Линии</a>. </p>
<p class="p_Normal">Статус отображается в виде маркера в правом верхнем углу на любой странице системы у всех пользователей, которые входят в <a href="live-chat-groups.html" class="topiclink">группу операторов или супервизоров</a>.</p>

<p class="p_Normal">Зелёный маркер обозначает, что у пользователя установлен статус <span style="font-weight: bold;">Онлайн</span>. С этим статусом для пользователей становятся доступны различные функции в зависимости от их роли:</p>

<li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">операторы линии могут:</span><ul style="list-style-type:circle">
<li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;">брать сессии в работу из общей очереди или <a href="create-session.html" class="topiclink">создавать новые сессии</a>;</li><li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;">вести переписку с пользователем на <a href="working_in_chat.html#session-page" class="topiclink">странице сессии</a>; </li><li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><a href="working_in_chat.html#session_information" class="topiclink">управлять сессией</a>: переназначать, изменять название и приоритет, помечать как спам, запускать бизнес‑процессы, переводить на бота, отобразить или скрыть системные уведомления, связывать с элементами приложений, а также блокировать учётные записи обратившихся клиентов; </li><li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;">закрывать сессии;</li><li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;">автоматически назначаться на новую сессию, если это предусмотрено правилами <a href="chat-lines-routing.html" class="topiclink">маршрутизации</a>. </li></ul>
<li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">супервизоры линии могут: </span><ul style="list-style-type:circle">
<li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">распределять обращения по группам операторов или назначать на определённых сотрудников;</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.28; margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">управлять сессиями: переназначать, изменять название и приоритет, отправлять в спам, запускать бизнес‑процессы, переводить на бота, а также отобразить или скрыть системные уведомления.</span></li></ul></li></ul>

<p style="line-height: 1.28; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">В версиях системы 2024.4 и ниже статусы предусмотрены только для операторов. Супервизорам всегда доступны все разрешённые для них действия.</span></p>

<p class="p_Normal">Красный маркер говорит о том, что пользователь сейчас находится в статусе <span style="font-weight: bold;">Офлайн</span>. Этот статус устанавливается вручную сотрудником или присваивается автоматически, <span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">если пользователь неактивен в течение </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; color: #0563c1;"><a href="general-live-chat-settings.html#inactivity-period" class="topiclink">установленного администратором срока</a></span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">.</span></p>
<p class="p_Normal">Находясь в этом статусе, оператор или супервизор может только просматривать сессии. Нельзя взять в работу или создать сессию, а также управлять ей. Если по правилу маршрутизации новая сессия назначается на определённого оператора, но он в данный момент находится в статусе <span style="font-weight: bold;">Офлайн</span>, правило не применяется. Маршрутизация переходит к следующему по списку правилу. Кроме того, администратор системы может <a href="general-live-chat-settings.html#online-operators" class="topiclink">запретить назначение сессий вручную</a> на операторов в статусе <span style="font-weight: bold;">Офлайн</span>.</p>
<h2 class="p_Heading2"><span class="f_Heading2">Сменить статус </span></h2>
<p class="p_Normal">Для смены статуса на любой странице системы в правом верхнем углу нажмите на своё имя. В открывшемся меню воспользуйтесь переключателем справа от параметра <span style="font-weight: bold;">Статус оператора</span>.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.28; margin: 0 0 11px 0;"><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">Если у вас нет именной лицензии </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; font-weight: bold;">ELMA365 Service</span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;">, с изменением статуса на </span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter; font-weight: bold;">Онлайн</span><span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter;"> вы занимаете конкурентную лицензию. При отсутствии свободных конкурентных лицензий статус сменить нельзя.</span></p>

<h2 class="p_Heading2"><span class="f_Heading2">Узнать статус другого пользователя </span></h2>
<p class="p_Normal">Супервизоры и операторы могут узнать статусы других операторов при переназначении сессии. Для этого на <a href="working_in_chat.html#session-page" class="topiclink">странице сессии</a> в правой панели окна чата в поле <span style="font-weight: bold;">Оператор</span> нажмите на значок <img alt="chatlines_13" width="25" height="25" style="margin:0;width:25px;height:25px;border:none" src="chatlines_13.png"/> . После выбора оператора вы увидите его статус. </p>
