This workspace can be arranged to facilitate the viewing and sharing of documents and app items using familiar file storage functions. The workspace offers the following features:</p>

<li style="line-height: 1.20; margin-top: 14px; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><a href="360014164032.html#create" class="topiclink">Creating folders</a>. You can form a hierarchical file structure. Various actions with folders are available: setting up access permissions, moving, renaming, creating links to a folder, etc.</li><li style="line-height: 1.20; margin-top: 14px; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><a href="360014164032.html#upload-folder-with-files" class="topiclink">Uploading folders with files</a>. You can drag and drop file folders from your computer. This will also load subfolders into the system.</li><li style="line-height: 1.20; margin-top: 14px; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><a href="add-files-workspace-items.html" class="topiclink">Uploading files</a>. Files can be saved from a computer or other workspaces of the system. The file formats permissible for upload are <a href="360024799491.html#formats" class="topiclink">determined by system administrators</a>.</li><li style="line-height: 1.20; margin-top: 14px; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><a href="add-files-workspace-items.html#add_link" class="topiclink">Adding links to app items</a>. Folders can store links to items from any app in the system. Clicking on such a link allows you to quickly open the item page without navigating to the app. You can also <a href="add-files-workspace-items.html#add_link" class="topiclink">move links</a> between folders.</li><li style="line-height: 1.20; margin-top: 14px; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><a href="add-files-workspace-items.html" class="topiclink">Creating web documents</a>. Used to organize the workspace in folders. You can create a <span style="font-weight: bold;">.web365</span> file filled with any content, and then display the data on the <span style="font-weight: bold;">Files</span> workspace page, inside a specific folder. For example, you might add instructions for users on how to fill the folder and place it above the list of files within it.</li></ul>

<p style="line-height: 1.20; margin: 14px 0 0 0;">For ease of use, you can set up <a href="360014189332.html" class="topiclink">access to files and folders</a>.</p>

<p class="p_Normal" style="margin: 11px 0 0 0;">Uploaded files, images, and <span style="font-weight: bold;">.mp4</span> video files can be opened in view mode, and audio can be played. Additionally, files can be edited, copied, moved, added to favorites, and <a href="360014353991.html" class="topiclink">other available actions</a> can be performed.</p>
