<p class="p_Normal">To access the list of deleted files and their shortcuts, open the <a href="360014164452.html" class="topiclink">Files</a> workspace in the main menu of the page and then select <span style="font-weight: bold;">Trash</span>.</p>
|
||
<p class="p_Normal">In the recycle bin, users will see only the files and shortcuts they have deleted themselves. For the system <a href="360006871932.html#administrators" class="topiclink">administrator</a>, deleted items from all employees are displayed. </p>
|
||

<p class="p_Normal">On the top panel of the recycle bin, the following actions are displayed: </p>

The icon is displayed if at least one file is selected.</li><li class="p_Normal"><img alt="trash-folder-3" title="trash-folder-3" width="27" height="25" style="margin:0;width:27px;height:25px;border:none" src="trash-folder-3.png"/><span style="font-size: 15px; color: #394149;"> </span><span class="f_ImageCaption"> </span>Clear the trash of all files and shortcuts that the current user deleted earlier.</li></ul>

<p class="p_Normal">You can restore a file. To do this, click the three dots icon to the right of the file name and select <span style="font-weight: bold;">Restore</span>. Then specify the folder to which you want to move the file.</p>
|
||
<p class="p_Normal">A file remaining in trash cannot be viewed and attached when filling out any form in the system. To perform these actions, first restore the file.</p>
|
||
<p class="p_Normal">To clear the disk of files deleted by all employees, the system administrator needs to go to the storage settings. For more information, see <a href="360014165012.html" class="topiclink">Free storage space</a>.</p>
